Then you will have to look at the rubber bellows on the seal to make sure that is not split or detached because coolant can leak in there too. You didn't happen to start the engine dry (without coolant)? I read on one board that those seals can be ruined by running them dry for less than 30 seconds. No i didnt, could it perhaps be because i am using 50/50 coolant and its to thin? its not a very fast leak. Do these seals need to break in? I also noticed that the fan is not kicking on. I know the fan works as i have jumped it already and it kicks on. I will be ordering a switch to replace that. Do you know if the coolant will leak when i change that switch?

Like a dumbass i got rid of the old impeller. Ugh Well no worries! It probably is the right impeller, you're going to need to pull that cover back off and see what is going on. It could be a defective seal, if the rubber part of the seal is torn or not glued down, that will cause it to leak as well. Yeah i need to open it back up. I just hate having to do that. still not sure why it is getting so hot so fast though. The temperature gauge show all the way past the H. I think i burped it right.

I think so. Honestly i screwed it on as far as it would go but i didnt over tighten it. akais Is that with the new impeller? Maybe try the old impeller just to make sure they are the same thread and shaft size. I found another walkthrough on the old board where the OP had the same problem with I think the same scooter as yours linkLike a dumbass i got rid of the old impeller. Ugh

akais Yes its a clone, I believe i have the cf250, I am not sure if you have the cf250 or the cn250. My engine code just says 172mm. I have a vertical. Is the linhai also vertical?
