i have a 21 oko w/#103 mjet, uni air filter.,,it keeps on soft seizing every time i drive about 2+miles wot,so i adjust the a/f mixture to rich..i used i used gnu pro Honda 2 stroke oil inj/pre. i put some to my tank too..i just woke up around 2pm test drive my scoot w/87 degree drove it about 6miles max speed/wot. i feel the engine is seizing so i release the throttle a little and give gas feed by twisting throttle up and down just to feed gas in the piston.good thing it did not die/stop the engine i just slow down a little bit..it happen twice when i reached my garage...frustrated /thinking what to do..?%&*!><?..i decided to change my main jet to#100 since it the easy way to change..i test drive again the same route &miles w/ max speed&wot...this time i am very rough in the throttle i am ready anytime my piston will hard seized or hole in the center...i reached my garage safely NO seize.speed is good, speedometer almost reach max of course not against the wind..it runs good.my QUESTION is why it did not seized w/ a smaller main jet...

so my clutch problem was solve,,as what i said i don't know what will happen next as i driving my scoot enjoying the ride that my clutch problem is solve.all of a sudden my scooter stop loose power...it seems it seized so i let the engine cool off..and start again so went back again to my garage..check possible cause of soft seized a/f mixture make it rich oil hose next 2 day i drove my scoot again 92 degree it almost seized again i can feel the engine that it will stop/die if i continue driving so i slow down stop on side walk...and the engine idle stop i give a kick start.it runs again go back to my garage check again my scoot i found out that one nut on my exhaust volt nut is loose so i think that causes the seizing of my engine air leak to my exhaust volt nut.. i tighten it good..check the other nut too...test drive it wot it did not stop or seized about 2miles wot..i hope my scooter won't give me another headache...we don't know what happen next....

OK i just open the cvt check everything springs OK,i just noticed behind the clutch bell there is a mark of the nut number 13 on the diagram above on the clutch bell #1 on diagram and the nut have scratches/scrape,but when i look on the other side of the nut i saw my sharpie mark before,so put it back w/my sharpie mark on the nut showing in front.. ride it in my neighbor stop and go did not experience any forwarding motion of my scooter.on the stop sign/light went back to my garage put it on center stand.no spinning of my rear wheels.give a couple of twist on my throttle..spin fast w/c was supposed to be do then stop no spinning at all...right now everything is OK...i DONT KNOW what will happen next if i drive it long or going to the beach.i hope it stay ok...thanks for your help...riders happy to watch T:Age of Extinction...

i also notice when i am driving on a fast speed approaching stop light when i stop the engine dies the rear wheels wants to continue spinning/run..and that's the reason why the engine dies on the stop light.

what sign if your clutch is locked up... because my rear wheels keep on spinning while on center stand idle..and when i turn off the engine my rear wheels won't turn but start when i give a kick start..
