yeah I believe that the stock ones are 69 and the new ones are 64. so if I just hit it a few times the pins should just slide right out?

hey guys, I just installed my big bore kit today but when I went to put the head on it was like the rocker arms were to long. I looked in my box of goodies and saw that it came with new rocker arms but I can't find how to install them, like how to take apart the assembly. if anyone can tell me that would be awesome.
thanks Bob

Now why wouldn't you use the cdi it look like all the other ones on the market. And I'm sure that's why mine didn't last. When I got the paper work for it I asked about the break in because it said like 200 miles but my odometer is in kilometers and wasn't sure if they meant miles or kilometres

awesome thanks, not to sound "old school" but couldn't I just put gas down the spark plug hole?
damn I already cleaned it like 4 times, but it has been a few months since then I guess

hey guys, I have a bit of a problem. my scooter wouldn't start the end of last season and it was nice out yesterday so I tried to work on it. it's getting fuel (I assume because I self chocked it and I had fuel on my hand when I took it away....but not on the spark plug). It's getting a nice strong blue spark, I rechecked the valves and the exhaust was a little tight but I put it back into spec (0.003). and it's got decent compression...didn't do an actual number check but I could feel it/hear it with the plug out.
I don't know what else to check, would it still spark if the cdi/stator was bad?
But what's really getting me is that it ran perfectly fine one day and I took it for like a 30 miles ride and then I went to start it the next day and it would just crank until the battery died. what could make it just die out of no where, it only has 350 miles on it.
any help would be great thanks Bob
