So finally get it running but only by spraying gas into the intake of carb. The fuel filter shows no fuel coming from the tank. I bought a new valve for the tank and it is not working. I even reinstalled the old valve and still nothing. Any idea how to get the fuel flowing?

Replaced the plug and I can get it to start, but. It will only stay running while the throttle is partial open and then there is a popping from the exhaust. Release the throttle and it dies. It will not idle. Valve adjustment?
The pick up on the stator looks good. All the wires from the stator were un plugged. The green wire was so small I could not get a meter on it so used a chassis ground I have a AC DCI system.

So trying to get my 150 gy6 to start but does not seem to have spark. I have checked the pickup and it has a voltage of .175 VAC. I know it should be between .3 and .5 volts. So tried to adjust the pickup but it will not adjust. It has a gap of over .032. There seems to be no adjustment in the pickup. I can even press it all the way down and when I tighten the screws it goes back to .032. Any ideas.
Update. I dremeled the mounting hole and got the gap .012, problem is the voltage is now only .21 VAC.
Nuther update. Charged the battery and now get .27 VAC. It sputtered but would not stay running.

Linhai Aerous 150 Retro
Apparently it is a AC DCI. It looks the same as the AC and there is a kill switch line to it and no voltage on the pin. The headlight does come on with the switch turned on tho. It also has two ground wire where the one in the video only has one.
Update. You have to hold the brake to get it to turn over, duh.

Okay getting somewhere. Tried the jumping the relay, starter turns. Plugged the relay into the turn signal and starter turns. Metered the incoming wire from switch, pressed the starter switch and nothing. Then ohmed the line from start switch to relay and it went to 0 when the start switch was pressed so line should be good, Some reason there is no power going to the switch. Are there any fuses other then the one by the battery? I have no wire diagram so do not know where the start switch gets its power from. Any ideas?

So finally getting this back together after some work. Clean and seal tank, rebuilt carb, new rear tire, etc. Anyway it is not all the way back together as the rear lights and rear turn signals are not hooked up yet. Got a fresh battery and everything works except will not start. Does not even click or anything. Question is does all the wiring have to be connected for it to start? Not sure if not having the rear lights connected will keep if from starting. Thanks.

There is a line going from the top of the fuel tank that I assume is a vent line. this goes into a filter or something. Then there is a line exiting. I have not been able to find that filter or whatever anywhere. Is this even necessary or can it just be vented to open air?

Another question. The kick starter pedal seems to be shot. When I try kicking is it is like skipping teeth. Do not know if that is normal but I would think not. Anyway how hard is it to repair the kick start mechanisms or is it really needed. Is the battery powerful enough to reliably start it? I know on my last two motorcycles there was no kick starter any more.

Since I cannot seem to find a OEM air filter for my Linhai aeolus retro will the after market airfilters that attach directly to the carb work without having to rejet or anything?
Edit: I do see them available on feebay. That being said which way would be the best way to go?

Yeah that is the one. So it appears that the outlet from the evap just goes to open air and does not connect to anything. Thanks for the assist.

Okay that solves that one. The other one is the vent tube at the top of the tank. Where does the other end go?

the carb fittings are good. What I am confused about is what appears to be a vent line. It goes from the valve cover back to the rear drive. In the middle there is a Y fitting similar to #31 on the carb parts pic. One end of the Y goes to the rear drive and the other end I have no idea where it goes.

Here are a couple of pics showing what i am having a problem figuring out.
In this one I know that the vent line goes from C to D at the top of the tank. I believe that the vacuum line on the tank out let fitting is correct and that the fuel line from the tank fitting is correct going to the filter. The problem is at A. This looks to be a vacuum line. I have about a foot of vacuum tubing that was attached but I have no idea where it goes. The vent line from the top of the tank ends at B. I also have no idea where this attaches. It is not long enough to end a A so do not think it goes there, and if it did what would I do with the extra vacuum tubing.
This is the other are I do not know about. There are two fittings on the filter box. Originally I was going to eliminate the filter box and use a outside filter like KN or something. Now I am just trying to get this back to stock but do not know what goes here. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

I have this Linhai Aeolus 150 that has been apart for a long time that i am finally getting around to putting back together. It was running when I stored it. Now upon starting to work on it I find the gas tank is rusted inside. Not a big problem cleaning and sealing it but the fuel and vacuum line were off of it. I now have no idea where the line are routed to. Anyone know where i can get a routing diagram for the vacuum and fuel lines for this model scooter? Thanks.
