So finally getting this back together after some work. Clean and seal tank, rebuilt carb, new rear tire, etc. Anyway it is not all the way back together as the rear lights and rear turn signals are not hooked up yet. Got a fresh battery and everything works except will not start. Does not even click or anything. Question is does all the wiring have to be connected for it to start? Not sure if not having the rear lights connected will keep if from starting. Thanks.

Okay getting somewhere. Tried the jumping the relay, starter turns. Plugged the relay into the turn signal and starter turns. Metered the incoming wire from switch, pressed the starter switch and nothing. Then ohmed the line from start switch to relay and it went to 0 when the start switch was pressed so line should be good, Some reason there is no power going to the switch. Are there any fuses other then the one by the battery? I have no wire diagram so do not know where the start switch gets its power from. Any ideas?

Linhai Aerous 150 Retro
Apparently it is a AC DCI. It looks the same as the AC and there is a kill switch line to it and no voltage on the pin. The headlight does come on with the switch turned on tho. It also has two ground wire where the one in the video only has one.
Update. You have to hold the brake to get it to turn over, duh.
