That would be my next step. Even if it doesn't cure your problem, it is a very important part of the scoot's maintenance.

Welcome to the forum, unknown. You did a lot of troubleshooting and checked a lot of things. When was the last valve adjustment? Does the engine restart right after stalling or do you have to let it cool down in order to restart?

Do you mean something like this? From my reply #5 above.

Here's how I installed my aftermarket exhaust on my VIP50 which appears to have the same setup as your scoot: s483.photobucket.com/user/cruiser66-bucket/slideshow/VIP50%20exhaust%20mountThe flat bars are 1" x 1/4" flat aluminum stock and I used sockets from a cheap socket set for the spacers. A couple of the pictures show a small right angle bracket on the end of one of the bars. Didn't need it in the final install.

Check the scooters scrolling by in the members' scooters banner on top. You see many different colors up there. Do you see one that seems to "pop" out more than the others?

It would seem that you have a blown fuse. However, since pressing the brake lever tells the battery charger that there is an electrical load, at least the main fuse and brake fuse are still OK. I would check to make sure you have a clean and tight battery terminal connection on both positive and negative terminals. If they check OK, then check all the grounds to make sure they are clean and tight.

The Badboy is the same as the Stebel Nautilus from Italy. I have the Badboy on both of my scoots. They are great and can adaptable to many scoots. Here is the installation on my VIP50 which is very tight. The compressor and horns are separated and connected with a short piece of clear hose: Here's the installation on my YY250T. The horn unit was not separated like in the VIP50, but I did have to modify the grill to clear the horn:
