domindart. Someday you are just going to have to take the bull by the horns and cut back on that sweet stuff, in the meantime take you coffee BLACK. It wont kill you and it will cut back on the sugar input . I lived a lot of years and just last year I was diagnosed with diabetes .And I thought I was taking care of myself . You have got to take care of yourself man! You don't want to spend the rest of your life with medical problems ,   I have cut back. I drink about 1-2 cups a day now. I used to be a lot worse. But now I try to take it with milk and a little sugar. I also just got a exercise machine so I hope to loose some of this extra weight I have |
