PCB area is mainly 50cc. Not to many into the 150s here.

yea without it saying scooter club or something showing its a scooter club it might PO someone in the MC community. They take stuff like that pretty serious.

Nice. I bet she shines like a new penny when you buff it out. I may remove the plastics on the scooter i just painted and put some clear on them. I can see some difference already.

I'm liking that color a lot. I just did one of my scooters but I didn't wait to do clear or buff it. I look forward to seeing how yours turns out because I'm planning on doing my other scooter and I'm wanting it to look top notch.

I was wondering about sliding the piston in the sleeve dry. Just didnt seem like the right thing to do. will make sure to oil her up real good.

BBK came in and man this thing seems tiny. It's the first time I have seen a piston for a scooter. Instructions could be a little better But I'm sure I will get it figured out with the help of everyone here. My biggest question would be the order the rings go on. Time to start looking for stuff online that might help.

Correct me if i'm wrong someone but to keep from having the compression to high you can also add a second base gasket. I have read where Millsc has done this a few times to bring down the compression.

Here in PCB once they are gone you can give up finding them. So many people have scooters here that they will be tore down and used for parts and before days end. It makes it harder to recover because people can take them inside and strip them in a couple of hours.
