ive owned a 50cc, 250cc, and now on 400cc. ive learned that going normal speeds is easy. its the slow speeds that will get you if youre not careful. but dont let the 400 scare you. its a pretty good bike. unless youve NEVER ridden before. then id say go smaller. otherwise go for it!

my ex father in law had 3 harleys. they all were not reliable. the new one broke down on him while he was on the way to sturgis!! he had it for 2 months.

As far as signing it over, OH NOOOOOOO! But as far as performance, Its the best scoot I ever owned ! It has better gas milage than my xpeed 250. More power, faster, more nimble. I was actually was not looking for that scoot when I bought that one. I was looking at a kymco xciting 500cc. Then I laid eyes on KITT!!!!!! I took the test ride, and that's all she wrote. Paid in full. Kitt is all mine, no payments!
