Yeah it is a delivery specific model. I saw them alot when I lived in mexico. Unfortunately, it is not a hot\cool bag. Just a hot bag. It has a big problem though. Starvation. It's unriadable right now. Touch the throttle and she revs then dies.

And it's a 14" front wheel with a disc brake dual adjustable shock rear 12". Added bonus: 2 stroke. I'm going to have way too much fun on this thing. Jeezuz look at that huge heated trunk! Not driving my minivan to work anymore, this holds my tools just fine:) My last 4 stroke stroked scoot held 60mph all day. I'm sure I can match that with this one...and get there quicker...103cc anyone?

I have been off the boards for awhile...A bit scared of scooting since the accident. But a bit of irony presented itself this week. My neighbor builds custom motorcycles, as I was passing his house this lady pulls up on a tgb/pierspeed delivery 50cc. The only scoot that I would ride again. Turns out she was going to my neighbor to get some work done on it B4 sale. I ended up the lucky new owner. After all my fear...i decided it is the ride after all.xD

Well i guess i do have a ton of work into it. But if i do im going to start over with a chassis that has not been run over and just swap my motor over. Ill lose the cool naked look but i can work on that over the winter. The question is what caused this in the first place?

Sooo much work went into modding the stock harness to fit the naked mod that i feel it is too much. I can pick up a decent scoot off of craigslist. Restart from there. Heck, i got this one for 280 and with proper tuning i ran 140mi commutes at 50mph for a year, 64xxmiles of hard riding. And it got run over by A truck.

Pretty sure its an electrical problem. I left it idling for 10 minutes, came back and smoke was coming from everywhere! Lots of melted wiring. I dont feel like buildong a new harness. I think im going to sell the motor.

I think that it may indeed be something electrical. If swapping the carb with a known good carb. Re jetting too did not work, the problem is getting worse, and adjustig the valves did diddly. Where should i begin the electrical diagnosis?

It has actually progessed to happening at 1/2 throttle now. I swapped the carb with the old one but the result is the same. I started popping the inline fuse too.
