Not in this case. #2 goes to a nipple next to the fuel cap. I can get pictures when my roomie gets home from snowboarding.
And how do you quote on this new board? It was way simpler in the scootdawg days.

Ok, I'll do that before the video tomarrow. I've never seen a vent run to a petcock either. But, there is no carbon canister or anything and EPA will not allow venting to atmosphere so I guess they had to do something with the vapor. and I'll bet if I took the petcock apart that vent shares the same half of the diaphragm as the vac line. this way the vapor just gets burned like the rest of the fuel. But wouldn't that mean if I had a bad gas cap I would lose vacuum? and that my fuel tank is under vacuum when the engine is running? Seems counter productive for the fuel delivery.

And as far as shinko goes....Ill show you my new shinko rear tire delaminating after just 1000mi. Im going to get have to get a set of Kenda or Michelin come summer because i was so disappointed i ended up throwing studs in them for winter as to not waste a new set of tires.

Super cool! My 70lb labrador rides in my trunk all summer. I get "hey aren't you that guy with the dog on his scooter?" at least 3 times a week.

It is all gravity fed. #1 is vac #2 is Tank vent (the bouncing one) #3 is from tank and #4 you cant see in the video is feed to carb. Nothing is looped or pinched. Tomarrow ill take another video with a better angle so you can see #4 and the rest clearer.

The link I provided show the tire being available in 130/70-12 and 120/70-12. These are the same sizes and tires used on the larger engine piaggio and vespas. I am currently running a 130/70-12 on the rear of my scoot in place of the 140/70 that came stock. The only difference i noticed after the tire swap was a bit more takeoff as the 130 has a bit less overall tire diameter than the 140 therein reducing the engines perceived gear ratio. in theory this should lessen my top speed but in the case of my lil 50cc it actually helped. Since you have a 250 right? It may and or may not make a difference that is even noticeable. I had to try really hard to notice the difference on my scoot and it may still just be placebo effect. I have not noticed any other ill effects. I worked as a tire tech for 4 years back in rhode island and it is very common for tire sizes to be swapped around. Besides that in normal riding you are only using ~50% of your tires width anyway. In the summer I really carve corners to the point that my pegs have hit the ground and flipped back up (Not many scoots have pegs but mine are "breakaway")and i still only use about 75% of my tires width. Call a scoot shop or motorcycle shop and they will concur.

From a bunch of research, It looks as if i have to send them to windows movie maker than upload the videos from there. Unfortunately, WMM won't login to my YT account for some reason.

Honestly the way tire sizes work is: first number is tire width in millimeters. The /xx is the aspect ratio in percent of the first number (width), this translates into the height of the sidewall of the tire (a 100/60 tire has 60% of the sidewall height as the treads width=60mm height). the third number is the rim diameter and is sometimes accompanied by a speed rating letter.
Dont worry about specific size on the rear. a 130/60-70 and 120/60-70 will work just fine. for the front you should use stock size or you may throw off your speedo.

Yes but alot of folks upload HD video and it plays fine in original def. Whats the trick? The Goog isn't helping much. Even my photographer roomie is clueless. He uploads his 4k gopro videos just fine.

That is the "snubber" for the suspension to keep it from bottoming out. I noticed it too and am going to up my preload a bit on the rear shocks. Im taking off plastics and whatnot now for photos.

For some reason YT keeps downgrading my videos to 360p from 1080 and 4k. Does anyone know how to upload full res to youtube?

22 degrees, First start of the day. Sorry about the jello, I had the frame rate set too high. Also I have not re jetted for the winter. I was riding it in the single digits and still hitting 45mph a week or so ago. I was riding WOT the whole time during the video with no release of throttle unless i was turning or stopping.
