I had an issue last year where I kept blowing my high beam, turned out my R/R was bad. Replaced it and I haven't had any issues since. So replace my R/R what is that and where can I get one?

All you did was install the bbk ? What other mods ? Did you remove the engine from the scoot ? No I did not

Yes. If I take the head nuts off, I check/adjust my valves everytime after the nuts get torqued back down. Could that be the reason why it seems like the timing is off?

If you can get a better angle on the cam holes (side angle) and maybe some light or something on the flywheel "T" mark, that'd be great because I can't make a whole lot out of either pic, really. I can't see if the cam is a tooth off at that angle, and I can't see the "T" mark on the flywheel to see if it lines up with the notch on the engine. What does "slip" mean? Crazy question was I suppose to adjust the values also? Could that be the issue?

Depending on your style of scooter, you may have to remove the whole front clip to get to the lights. I have a Jonway scooter and to get to my headlights I have to remove the front clip in order to be able to service them. As for putting in an led light should be able to. What model and year of scooter do you have and one of the peeps on here should be able to tell you what will work and the best way to install. Got a taotao speed 50 just came back from auto zone and they didn't have the bulb looks like its a s2 any kit I can use to change it?
