I can freely spin the back wheel by turning the clutch assembly and when i remove the starter i can move the variator with a bit of effort, it doesn't really wanna do a full rotation though... Ok Skip the Rear wheel as it will Not turn over the engine. You need to spin the Vari freely 360 degrees. Right now with the sound she made and the Vari Not turning a full rotation you have Most Likely suffered a Major internal engine failure, She Blew Up. Have you or anyone else ever adjusted the Valves?

Ok this is a dup thread.. Check your Ground Wire Strap that is from the Engine to the frame, remove it and clap it up all shiny and install. Another thing since you checked that belt did you try to turn the engine over by hand using the Variator to make sure the Engine is Not locked up? You need to confirm 100% that the engine is not locked up, if she is thats all the sound you will hear is the Starter Solenoid Clicking...

Ok no biggie That tire guard we will call a Hugger as it Hugs the tire, keep it on as it prevents flinging up trash up into your scoot, It flops around so just trim it. The Muffler I can't see that well but your going to have to give her a slight bend of the mounting bracket. unbolt or loosen it from the swing arm and maybe try a crescent wrench from the bottom, now be Very Careful it is still attached to two small 6mm studs at the Exhaust Port, don't brake those. you shouldn't have to tweet it that much. Now here is some prevention since your on the pipe get two 6mm nuts from that hardware store and Double Nut those Exhaust Stud Nuts, they have a habit of falling off and you may not know and she will backfire. The airbox Boot is a easy, they use some junk epoxy on it, get some Permatex Ultra BlackGasket maker, this stuff is oil resistant and works great for your problem.Clean the area extremely well with lacquer thinner or similar and use your finger to run a bead all the way around the boot, it will stay flexible so it won't crack and the black matches.

From what I have read, Poland is a great place to produce vehicles. GM, Fiat, Volvo and some others already have assembly and parts plants there. Fine craftsman they are, I very amateur collect some surplus and have a few pieces manufactured in Radom Poland, the machine is jewelry, the bluing is so deep its overkill for military.. And were I came from it wasn't a wedding without a Polka band, a rocker you may be but a Polka band had to be there throwing down. Uncle Andy or Aunt Mary who had not been out of a chair are slamin shots and WOOPIN on the dance floor..

So I haven't had time to check the valves yet or adjust them but yesterday when I went for a little ride I was pretty pissed 5 mins into it. List of problems that happened all in that 5 mins: 1. Fuel gauge is bouncing all around up and down and Idk why. 2. Screw came out of the handle/mirror attachment area and my local hardware store didn't have one that fits so I will have to go out of town or online to find one to put it back together. 3. Had to put the throttle cable back together cuz it came loose from the carb. 4. My muffler is rubbing against my back right shock and idk how to adjust it to get it to stop. 5. The hose that goes into my air assembly, where they glued it or whatever, well that is separating so I may order a new one if I can find it or try some opoxy to seal it up. So yeah I am irate at the moment. Welcome to the World of Chinese Scooters.. I know they can be frustrating right outa the box but we can work thru them into a reliable fun to ride Scoot. Try to post up some pictures as they say a thousand words in trying to help you..

I checked all lines and changed all fluids never had a valve issue. fired up with no issue.
Great! That means most likely bought from a dealer who didn't check and you didn't check it so you Don't know..

I think I found the problem. I started my scooter for the first time in 2 weeks and listened to it idle. It sounded like something along the exhaust was loose and leaking. I found that one of the exhaust stud nuts is completely off the scooter. Are there any local hardware stores in the US that have these or do I need to order some online? Edit: It looks like i'm going to have to order one. Could I throw a 6mm lock nut washer on there to serve as a band aid until I get some new exhaust nuts delivered? Double Nut It.

Don't worry about adjusting the valves yet put a few hundred miles on it first. I don't know what you found when you did your PDI out of the crate but I could Not stick .002 in either the int. or exh. right out the box unfired.

Well, your Jets are Fixed so that was a constant, Something Else has Changed to cause you to alter the tune to try and compensate. Do you still have the egr? I don't know what kind of Scoot so do you still have the OE Vacuum operated Fuel Pump?
