American bacon is more macho. Canadian bacon is almost healthy compared to American bacon.

Actually, bacon-bacon goes just great on pizza. As does Canadian bacon. Which isn't really bacon, nor is it Canadian. But who cares, it's wonderful! As is bacon-bacon.
timmaD. There's no way to vote between them. I lurves them both equally. Both make great sandwiches. Both make great pizza. Both make great breakfast Hot Pockets. Both have that salty wonderfulness. How do you choose between yummy and yummy?
