In FL 60-70mph with a little help ($200 pipe) closer to 70 (assuming your talking about the old one). My P200 is good for nearly 80. She'll hold 60-70 up hills, into the wind, that slowed my 150 down to 40-45...

Unfortunately it seems like no matter what is done on a 150 you will likely top out around 60. If you have a strong engine the gearing is the most likely way to go a little faster

Protective jackets can often be found for great prices second hand on craigslist guys. Trust me they make a HUGE difference

Is it giving you issues?? Does it readily respond to throttle? Does it have hesitation? Popping on deceleration?
If your answers are no, yes, no, and no. Don't even bother. Have a look at it at your next oil change and just ride the thing.
