A lot of times bikes at dealerships sit for months. Ask them how long its been there. Not having fresh fuel hurts performance too. Is the rear shock adjustable? The Burgman was and when I got mine it was way to tight...

I'd mess with weights first. If you aren't getting the yo may try a 1 step leaner but you are better off slightly rich...

Pull the bulbs and touch the contacts check for voltage, is the first test. There are usually bullet connectors near the switch you want to set to ohm or continuity they should have continuity to when switch is on and not when off. Then check the flasher for voltage. Though you can normally hear or feel it clicking. If none of them work its the switch or the flasher...usually. check the ground wire for continuity to ground as well...

i was asking about the vespa, i would get one and it would fit my needs, but i like to disassemble the china scoots, its my thing. I would have no need to take the vespa apart so it would kill my fun. I have had a lot of fun setting mine up right cases split 3 times and a new top end...

Wow? Why are you rejetting? You don't always need to. When you do you will definitely need to adjust the idle, fuel mix screw, and possibly the needle height. If the bike is running ok why would you open this can of worms. If it isn't we can help better if you described the issue your having. You don't necessarily need to rejet a stock bike...
