Here's what I use So far pretty effective. I also have a fenced in acre or so. Anywhere other than I home I have always just used the locks on the bike. Never had a bike stolen.

It's only too little if that line goes empty.
You have certainly studied this new scoot a lot since you got it. Now go ride it and quit looking at it.

Yep run it till it runs out (take a gas can full with you) then go fill it. If there was crud on the bottom your fuel wouldn't flow the outlet is on the bottom for obvious reasons...

You must have a vaccum leak, that is why the fluid speeds up the engine...check it out... most likely not as spraying it into the air box mimics a functioning carb. If it happens like he says it is likely a fuel delivery issue. Check that your needle is actually moving with the throttle and make sure the diaphragm is correctly installed and untorn start there and we can continue once you have confirmed those 2.

Anything combustible will do. If you have spark, compression and fuel the only thing you're missing is timing.

Is the float bowl filling with fuel?? Open the screw next to C and see if gas pours out. If it doesn't you may not be getting a good vacuum pulse to your fuel pump/petcock. If you have fuel there check to see if the plug is wet after cranking. If it is start chasing spark and compression issues. You may also try a shot of fuel directly into the cylinder and see if it helps getting things rolling...
