Wait a second, a guy has some kids and for whatever reason is divorced and is mandated to and agrees to pay child support. He decides not to pay the full amount or skips some payments (cause kids don't need things on a regular basis right?) and then loses his license (which I'm sure was stated as a possibility at some point to him). Then he drives illegally because an hour walk (God forbid he should get a bicycle and pedal it in 15 minutes) in the cold is too much to ask to make sure his obligations are covered. Then instead of being a man and admitting he was wrong he drags his poor brother into it and lies to the officer. I'm having a real hard time feeling sorry for anybody but his kids and brother. Not sure how the laws there are the problem sounds like the guy has made some bad choices in life and he's paying for them. That type of behavior should certainly not be rewarded...
