Well since I can remember we always (my dad and I and any other biker scum who was hanging around) would ride on Thanksgiving just to be a little extra Thankful. Who's riding today?
I will post pictures after the ride...

I'm riding today, but in the Jeep just because I have 3 pies and a salad to take to my in-laws dinner. It's just too cold here, 25 right now. My old bones won't take the cold so good now a days but I am going out later and maybe take a spin on the Met if it warms up into the 30's...it is supposed to anyway.
Have a good ride scootnwinn hope you have a warm sunny ride today after a good turkey dinner that is!

It is now 30 here was around 17 this morning should be near 40 for the high. I'm going to start suiting up in a few minutes.

I'd love to ride today, but I'm not going to have time... I'm cooking for 8 peeps today. Cooking is my other hobby, I enjoy it, but after cooking a huge meal like this, I'm usually pretty tired.

I took a half-hour ride in a sunny 34 degrees this afternoon after putting my 12 year old on turkey basting detail. Wishing everyone a very happy thanksgiving. My thanks include being part of this helpful and active forum!

I'm too new at this to be riding in 30 degree weather. Perhaps its because I don't have the proper gear or perhaps its because I'm not into freezing my butt off....whatever....enjoy your rides.;-)

danno,  if you'd gotten that pretty pink jacket I linked in the old SD, you'd be riding warm.  Didn't go riding yest, first it was WAY too cold. Plus I spent the morn watching the Macy's parade and the afternoon with my brother's family. And stopped coming home at Best Buy and got Big Bang season 6!! Hope everyone's T'giving was filled with family and friends as well as good food and riding! >'Kat |
