When you installed the BBK, are you sure you where at TDC when you placed the timing chain? When I installed the BBK on my 125cc, for some unknown reason I placed the chain a tooth off, that made the thing almost impossible to start and performed poorly; same could happen if the valves where not adjusted at TDC.

I had a similar noise on my scooter, the problem was a worn down roller in the variator jumping around.

The body is amazing with all the ways it gives you hints to take it easy for a while. My sister-in-law didn't pay enough heed because she had too.... Bottom line is she put herself back over a year in her recovery and finally wore sandals last Thursday for the first time since this all started and was a little self conscious about it. You can hardly notice the toe they ended up having to partially amputate. Good you have a friend who is a pro at physical therapy. Keep up the good work on staying to the straight and narrow and your recovery should be much more drama free than my sister-in-laws. My friend is the best PT ever or I'm some kind of Wolverine, lol  after almost 4 months of the first fracture and 2 months from the second one, I'm walking around like nothing happened, pain free and no noticeable long term effects, still not allowed by the doctor to run or do any high impact activity, but I feel like I could run a marathon. Today he took some X-Rays and the bone is already healed, the fracture joint is displaced and it will stay like that forever, you can notice a small bump on the leg, but it's nothing serious, I will be able to have a normal life and a fully operational leg again; he told me that next month I probably be discharged.  |

Oh I feel so clean! Took a good hot soak with bubbles. Wiggled my toes, not hard but lots. Washed my hair and self the far-easier way. And used the Aveeno/Neutrogena very gently on my feet, which itched terrifically. Currently lying here with my feet just airing out. I shall slather on more Neosporin here in a bit than I did last night, tape on gauze, then socks. And hope the tingling and burning itching goes away. Btb ricardo, yes my feet are both swollen. Right one is def' puffier than left. And if I can see the puffy, then they must be quite swollen. Poor itchy puffy violated feet. >'Kat Once the swollen thing goes away it is a lot easier, I'm lucky that I have and old time friend that is a Physiotherapist, he helped me A LOT to reduce the swollen area and recover mobility and muscle loss with exercises, electricity and massages; if you can go to a Physiotherapist I can't recommend it enough, it makes a big difference with the recovery process and the consequences of the surgery procedure.  |

Agree with Joey, don't run it until you drain it and put the correct amount of oil, and overfilled engine can produce too much pressure and blow up
