"I believe it is made by Zongshen..."It looks like it has the Zong water cooled engine. I'm not aware of any other Chinese quarter liter dual sport engines that are water cooled. It is not water cooled, it is air cooled, I believe there are several variations of this engine, I've seen this same bike with fuel injection, mine is carburated.

I'm on the same boat, got the Taida 61mm plus a NCY big port head, looking forward for your results, I would like to compare the difference between 16" wheels vs 12". I'm not sure if they make a big valve head for the BN157QMJ-3, I have seen a 4 valve head, but from what I've read in various forums, the 4 valve heads are not as good as a 2 big valve head, especially if ported. I'm keeping my eyes open! Did you stick with the stock carb, and/or did you have to upjet? I would like to get a couple of jets to have on hand, just in case. I have Scrappy's 30mm carb and DStar full exhaust system, I have plans to get a slide carb later, have heard nothing but good things about them.

Astronaut, there are more possibilities to escape off the water if something goes wrong, than escape from the space; nerves of steel definitely.

Not bad for $1830.53/₡995,000. Do new car dealers usually carry motorcycle where you live? If you live where there are many roads like this then that's the bike for the job. It's a car parts store, Chinese motorcycle dealers are everywhere around here, funny thing is you can find the exactly same motorcycle from different "brands" with a big price difference between them.

Nice bike. Resembles the Zongshen RX3. I believe it is made by Zongshen, I found a Russian video with one exactly like mine under the name of "Viper", also learned that the engine fits a Honda Tornado, i believe that's the one used as "inspiration" to design mine, lol.

Sorry about the accident, and welcome to the titanium hardware club! I broke my tibia and fibula twice, I have an intramedular nail installed inside my tibia, it took 6 months for a full recovery, the long bones heal fast, the slow ones are the articulations and atrophied muscles. Take your time and follow your PT's instructions, a good physical therapy is what makes all the difference in recovery, I was lucky that a good friend of mine is a PT, he got me off the crutches in a few days, amazing what a few exercises and some electricity can do for you.

Well I tore into it and found a few problems one of them might have even saved my life. As I was checking all the connections I noticed my rear shock mount at the frame was loose the bolt was hanging out of the hole on a downward angle I was surprised it hadn't fallen out it was so loose. So I tightened it up and continued checking connections looking for resistance with the multimeter I think I traced it down to one of the horns wires that connected to the switch most of the connections were badly corroded and one of the wires looked like it got pinched by something. The wires are so small they break and get corroded easily. Im surprised there werent more electrical issues other than just the horn. It looked like half my lights shouldnt have been working but they were. I would like to upgrade the wires and connections theyre getting old. I think 12 gauge wires might be a little too big. But I definitely want to upgrade them. Im guessing it wont be cheap or easy with all the different color wires and everything. You don't need different color cables, you can have different color connectors instead and cable tags, that's what I will do with mine.

It should be 12 volts, a bad connection can reduce the voltage, I guess you have a bad cable/connection somewhere between the battery and the horn.
I want to rewire my scoot with 12 gauge wire and quality connectors, I've had way to many electrical problems related to the crappy, thin wires used on this things.

Probably just a loose/broken cable, very common issue, check your cables for continuity, it could be an easy $0 fix!
