looks sweet... congrats. I have a 30" inseam so tall bikes are big problems for me... with me it's not about flatfooting them, it's getting my dang leg over 'em. My 1500cc Goldwing is almost too tall.

Cool bike! Looks like those NASTY creatures from "Starship Troopers"... NOT a bad image for a bike! I do understand the "tall bike syndrome". Even though I'm over 6' tall, I have a 30" inseam. For decades, I rode choppers that sat less than 2' at the seat, and got spoiled. My first Harley bagger with HUGE sprung "buddy seat" made me use my toes when stopped, and that Hog was TOO heavy for such precarious "perching". So I put on a Harley seat from their "Night Train" pseudo-chopper. It looked GREAT and sat great... Looked better on a bagger than on that weird factory chopper wannabe, while putting my feet back firmly on the ground. With a multi-purpose bike like yours, you're kind of stuck with the tall seat so the bike can be what it's meant to be. I don't know what resides UNDER the factory seat, but just MAYBE you could remove it, and install a thin, solo seat, lowering your posterior by about 4". A nice, old-school solo seat usually looks good on any type of bike, but whatever is below the factory seat would show. I've even seen (bought one for my Schwinn) BICYCLE solo seats nice enough for motorcycle use. Lots CHEAPER too! Enjoy the new ride! Leo in Texas

Nice bike. Resembles the Zongshen RX3. I believe it is made by Zongshen, I found a Russian video with one exactly like mine under the name of "Viper", also learned that the engine fits a Honda Tornado, i believe that's the one used as "inspiration" to design mine, lol.

Not bad for $1830.53/₡995,000. Do new car dealers usually carry motorcycle where you live?
If you live where there are many roads like this then that's the bike for the job.

It's a car parts store, Chinese motorcycle dealers are everywhere around here, funny thing is you can find the exactly same motorcycle from different "brands" with a big price difference between them.

"I believe it is made by Zongshen..." It looks like it has the Zong water cooled engine. I'm not aware of any other Chinese quarter liter dual sport engines that are water cooled.

It is not water cooled, it is air cooled, I believe there are several variations of this engine, I've seen this same bike with fuel injection, mine is carburated.

... my first manual shifting motorcycle ... yet to master the clutch and change gears.... Takes time. To up gear you have to (1) throttle down (2) declutch (3) shift (4) clutch (5) throttle up -- coordinating (1) right hand (2) left hand (3) left foot (4) left hand and (5) right hand. You are learning five moves to shift one gear. It takes time for your brain connect the parts. But eventually it becomes automatic and the whole thing takes a third of a second without thinking. I still miss the manual....
