The o-ring goes below the e-clip (as it is called). The middle groove should be the stock position. The silver washer goes on the air/fuel mixture screw mounted on the side where the electric choke is located. The spring goes on it first, then the washer, and the an o-ring (rubber). I do not know enough about the 50cc jet sizes.

If you are replacing the rear drum brake cable, remove the nut (an adjuster). Tie the front lever end of the new cable to the rear of the old brake cable and pull the handle bar end of the old cable until you get to the new cable.

My gy6 150cc engine got to where it would start and run for a couple of seconds, then die. If I held the throttle wide open, it would start and run, but I had to rev it up and down because running it wide open is not a good idea. And, if I held it at half throttle it would die. So that is when I had to rev it up and down. Now, I took the carb completely off, unhooked all the gas and vacuum lines off. I then blew through the nipple at the base of the carb, while holding all openings where the air was exiting the carb, with my fingers and palm of my hand. One at a time, I would systematically leave only one opening uncovered while blowing. I put everything back together and now it runs like normal!

The tachometer on my 2008 Roketa MC-75-150cc has quit working. I've checked the only two fuses to the scooter, one in the battery compartment and one within the front cap (open area behind the headlights). Can anyone help?
