Time to check your wiring from the handlebar switch to the headlight and highbeam indicator bulb. look for frayed wire insulation, loose connections, corrosion, broken soldered connections.

look in the link i posted for the stator. Search there for a rotor that might work. Knoe your rotor and stator bolt spacing. Sounds like your stator is a 3 phase full wave output. Is your ignition fired by AC or Dc voltage? Look at this matching stator/rotor. m.aliexpress.com/item/1412711396.html

Oil change, cvt maintenance, belt check, weight condition check. Seeping oil past cvt crankcase seal so I ordered a seal and new belt. Had a coolant drip on the ground so I checked and tightened all coolant hoses. Leak was from a loosened clamp Rainy this morning in Bastrop, Tx, so a nice, productive morning in the garage.

Does anyone have an idea how to remove the spring off this shock? I want to mount it on another shock body.

Of course all rubber driving surfaces will experience a extremely small percentage of slip. You see the results of that slip in the cvt case as a fine black powder. You see it on your tires as wear. Now about the wot situation where you can back off throttle a bit and hold the same speed. I understand Alleyoops explanation being a lean condition that may be happening, generating a little more power at the lower rpm . What about the possibility that the belt may be requires the belt to loosen up a certain amount before the belt starts to push up the rear driven face as the spring force overcomes the belts outward pushing force, And the difference between those 2 forces are a few hundred rpm? Be gentle, Im just trying to get my head around this. I just noticed the date on the last post, I apologize for resurrecting an old thread.

some rely on there scooters for transportation and is there only form of transportation. I have spent some time tinkering with stators and regulators. I have a few different types too. John John I've read many of your posts and they have helped my understanding a great deal!

I think you guys are spinning your wheels and waiting a long time. Slow boat from china while a scooter is down. You can get regulators here in the states. How cheap is this regulator coming by slow boat. John $10 bux free shipping. Just so yall know since some are concerned, I do have another scoot to get around on. This regulator is for a project scooter that I just enjoy tinkering on to eventually become a daily ride. Not in some all-fired hurry. Of course, there are some circumstances where I need a part fast, but this is not one of them.

So...do you mean the voltage into the battery would be multiplied by 3(14 volts x 3 = 42 volts?)

take a video and name it watch a 3phase stator smoke 3 single phase regulatoprs. Explain what would be happening. Im no electrical wiz......obviously, but I'm interested in understanding what happens.

Isnt rule: wired in series increases voltage, wired in parallel increase amps?
Yes I know it woould be a mess, and i have the correct regulator on the way. This is a thought exercise and possibly an experiment.
