A snowmobiles cvt is completely exposed so it's no issue. My 500s belt lasted 10 years of hard riding.

Cushioning additives used to be called lead.
The most important thing that hasn't been mentioned is that using that boat fuel is illegal and if the proprietor is honest you will not be able to put it in your scooter directly. It should be tinted to identify it to officials and your mechanic.
