Any insight as to why the Puma branded Znen's were discontinued . . perhaps price competition from TaoTao?
Many Znen importers just do not appear to have their head in the game. Redstreak for example has still not updated their website . . while SSR actively promotes. BMS and Wolf seem somewhat active . . Motorino totally "static" and "web challenged".
Despite their "Benelli" sounding name . . kudos to Bintelli for occasionally participating on this forum and Facebook!
We do love Kudos! I would say we participate on Facebook pretty frequently =]

Not to butt in, but I believe that Bintelli is still using Znen for the Bintelli line, but adding/have added Adly 2-stroke scooters to their product line... Word is Bintelli is dropping ZNEN and I'm sure Bintelli - Justin can say one way or another? JR Hey guys, Justin is out of town this week, but I dropped him a note to hop on here and reply soon as he gets back.

Hey Tortoise,
All of the Adly 49cc 2 stroke's utilize a redesigned exhaust system with an additional catalyst. This additional catalyst allows for a much cleaner exhaust exiting the tailpipe than on previous renditions. Air injection of course is another great alternative to improve the emissions on these air cooled scooters. On a side note, the additional catalyst lowers the standard noise output of the Adly scooters as well. I know a lot of people perceive 2 strokes to be loud, but I think the Adly scooters specifically surprise a lot of people.

Getting knocked over could have something to do with it... Oil could've leaked into your CVT, but not likely...If it bogs down and the back tire is not turning, it could be your belt or something else in your CVT is bound... It's very hard to diagnose with such little info. Pop off your CVT cover and take a look at the belt and the rest of your cvt components. Yeah, i know. Still, better than the last time, it was at night and i didn't realize anything more than it was dying at quarter throttle, so at least we have a direction to look in. The shop's going to do that soon as they can get to it. Prolly have them check to see if its restricted, and maybe change the weights while their at it too. Hmmm, wonder if that'll kill the warranty. If the bike has been knocked over I would recommend having your dealer take a look at it just to make sure everything's OK. Sometimes things get knocked loose or crack that may not be noticeable at first glance. It also sounds like your carburetor may need a slight adjustment and there may be something quirky going on in your CVT. The rear tire not turning is the giveaway.Don't worry, your dealer can diagnose exactly what you need to get you back up and running in no time!

There is a ton of variables, all of which could be your culprit. Is this 63cc kit new? What other mods have you done besides the engine internals and air filter? What is the carb main jet jetted to?
It could also be your clutch not disengaging properly, I have seen that before. An abrupt stop will cause the clutch to apply a sort of engine brake and cause it to stall.

Transmission belts are one of those things most people don't replace until it breaks. With that said, you can never be sure if the previous owner ever had it changed. It's safe insurance to put a brand new belt on and note the mileage. I'd highly recommend steering clear of the cheap belts!
At the very least, I'd pop off the transmission cover and visually inspect the components.

With the stock air filter set up, it's helping your engine run richer due to being more restrictive then the free flowing after market filter. If you pull your spark plug out now it will probably be less lean then it was when you were running the aftermarket filter.
