How long til it eats away at my rim cause i plan on leaveing the plug and slime in until tax time.. If yall knew my situation u would understand... I doubt anyone in their right mind would tell you to do anything less than replace the tire. If something happened to you, they'd feel bad I'm sure, and in today's legal climate, they might even be sued. That being said, I have run plugs in my truck tires indefinitely, but a truck has four wide tires. You gotta do what you gotta do. It's your call. P.S. If you can get a new or even a decent used tire, it's almost as easy to replace as a bicycle tire.

Some of these post are so outdated,no wonder I get no communication back.ppl prolly come n go here. I've posted with zero replies. The navigation of the site is too broken up. You'd have to go to every forum to see what was posted lately. That's why I use the "recent posts" as my home page. Otherwise I'd miss most of the posts here.

dollartwentyfive Any time I order a part online, I stress about whether it's going to be the one I need. If I'm lucky I'll find an ad with measurements, but yeah, I study the parts and try to make sure they are correct. I have left questions and sent emails as well. All in all I know if I get the wrong part I'll have to at least pay shipping unless the part isn't as described. A dealer saying a part "fits Chinese scooters" is certainly not reassuring as there are so many kinds, and I probably wouldn't complain much about what I got, but if it said "Fits 2008 150cc Roketa" then, yeah, I'd expect a full refund, including shipping, if it didn't fit the bike.

California is green?,,,, that's a huge error,,,,,, hahaha. Texas and California had the most fatalities, but they also have the two largest populations. Texas had 3,382 fatalities out of about 26 million people, and California had 3,000 fatalities out of about 38 million people. Texas ranked 18th most dangerous and California ranked 39th. Montana only had 229 deaths but that's out of a population of only about 1 million people in 2013. D.C. only had 20 deaths, out of a population of about 400,000 people. Availability of public transportation was a factor as well. Having 30 people on a bus with a professional driver is generally safer than having 30 cars on the road with god knows who driving them while they text on their phones, drive drunk, etc. Edit: Just for fun: If Montana had as many people as California, they would have had over 8,700 fatalities at their current rate. If Washington D.C. had as many people as California, they would have only had 1,900 deaths at their rate.

Riding a scooter is fun, but you have to be careful, especially in some US states. Here is a map of State Population / Auto Accident Fatalities for all 50 states, based on an article from Thrillist.com, posted HERE
While not a state, Washington D.C. ranked the safest with 1 fatality per 32,322 people, while Montana came in last with 1 fatality per 4,433, and were also the most likely to hit stationary objects. How does your state rank? Do you live in one of the safer states or the more dangerous ones? BTW my own state of Florida is ranked 20th most deadly, AND we're #1 for being in a fatal auto accident while NOT in a moving vehicle. This includes pedestrians, bicyclists, people inside buildings that get driven into, and parked cars. Basically, anyone who’s not out in traffic in a vehicle. We're #1! We're #1! Oh wait...

Alright awesome then ill get a plug but have no idea how to put it in my tire... Take muffler off then take tire off? Sorry im not to bright about this kinda stuff... Thank u lain u help abunchhhhh! Only transportation to two jobs.. 14 hour days The plug kit will have instructions. Very fast and mostly easy fix. Poke out hole in tire, put plug in tool, poke plug in tire, twist and pull out tool leaving plug in tire. I think they sell them at the dollar store here and auto parts stores, walmart, probably convenience stores as well. Comes with a tool.
