In short if you want a fast small scooter then get a 2T as mine would hit 45 all day long and sometimes hit 50 being stock

Mine has 16 inch wheels and I had them balanced it makes a huge diff . When I had a TaoTao ATM hitting top speed was scarey as it is unstable . My 2T with 130/60/13s I can ride with no hands even in a gale with no worries

In SC to be a moped it used to have to have bicycle pedals all other 49cc where a motorcycle . With so many scooters they greyed it to allow scooters that only go up to 30 MPH as to why my 2T has a MC tag since I can hit highway speeds no problem
