A sip more and you may be fine but too much will increase the pressure and it will have to go somewhere when it blows a seal ETC .
I worked a Jiffy Lube and a 300Z came in sounding sorta like a Diesel . His " buddy " changed the oil for him but did not know how much to put in . He kept pouring in oil until he could see it instead 4.5 quarts . Well it took forever to drain it and had the get the rocker arms retorqued .

I went from a 63 to an 82 and had the same top end but take off and up hill were improved .
If you want a fast small scooter then get a 2T

Do a plug chop to see how the jetting is and check the valves

Remove the seat and seat bucket is easier than the body panels . Upjetting does help . I have the blue finned racing CDI it helped on takeoff but had the same RPM . The RPM restriction is in the exhaust port and with a stock pipe . Changing out the rollers for sliders works great

All 4Ts will need the valves adjusted at least once

You might be able to find a used Stella which is 150cc and came be a 4T or a 2T with 4 speed . There is a few Jonway 2Ts out there . Italjet has a 125 Formula with a boxer engine and a Dragster with 125 or 180cc 2T engine

gear ratio?

My 2T is not that fast on takeoff but midrange it comes alive and zooms faster than most small scooters . I went from 5 gram rollers to 8 gram sliders and I can still go up a steep hill at 9,000 RPMs like I need an overdrive . Guess I need taller final gears and lighter sliders
