Best motor ground you can have. Remember bad motor to frame ground and your spark plug will not fire. With this alleyoop, would this be just from engine to frame and let only the green wire be connected to the battery?

the green wire was running from the negative terminal and was connected to the whole system. it was connected to the main system of green wire grounds on the bike. It was actually the wire that ended up burning when i was trying to start with the electric start. I wonder if this could be why it burnt? Does anyone have both a typical ground and an additional green wire??

I was wondering if anyone else had this extra black wire running from their negative battery terminal directly to the motor. This is in addition to the green wire. Most grounds i have ever seen have more of a committed spot, this seems improvised. I couldn't find it on the wiring diagrams i have they only show a single green.

Ordered! very excited, quick question. I need to get the front cover for the handlebars and gauge area, i found the "Handsome Boy" version at www.scrappydogscooters.com/Handsome_Boy_parts.htmlMy question is that there seems to be two different sizes. has anyone succesfully used this one on the 150 model?

Ok. Update... I have the harness off and another one ordered, I am waiting on it, and got to wondering if anyone could give some suggestions on what would be good possible upgrades for this while apart. such as the cdi, Rollers, sliders. I have attempted to read about them and understand but I'm still unsure where to start. Also could a better charging system be set up. it seemed as though the battery would get weak quickly before the starter would overload the wire. I started Painting a few pieces, I am bonn a go with a tan and black scheme to match a Mazda truck that will be used to carry it most. These are the left handed controls. do they look homemade? or is that the quality. This starter looks super new, but i haven't been able to find a number. does the gap to the motor look correct? is there a way to tell? What is this ? Does this vacuum hosing look correct? its odd and is ribbed to allow air around the nipple its on. is that normal? any good suggestions on replacements? Any good suggestions on a better power cable? I know this is a lot of questions, but i don't know much and I'm not sure what to believe. Any answers would be great. and suggestions would be loved. Thanks all Jarrett
