keep in mind "stators" only generate ac voltage not dc !!!! What happens after the stator is determined by external components and or wiring configurations . Now there is a thread here where a 12pole stator and a dc cdi configuration was from the factory and the charging system was too weak . We went to an 11pole stator and 7pin regulator , that brought the charging system near perfect . It was tested with dc cdi trouble free . The 11pole stator has an ac coil for ignition now there are options to use dc or ac cdi .

Sorry to hear about your fall . I'm glad to hear your getting better . Besides the lines in the city the man hole covers are just as bad same with the metal expansion joints on the bridges .

I have 4 pin regulators not the 4 across , I have the 2 over 2 and can provide wire layout and a plug . Feel free to call and I can get you all set up . Shipping is quick within the United States .
I'm thinking what you said grounds should be consistent . I'm thinking you may need to balance the ac and dc load to get the charging and lighting in range .

I wold suggest checking the grounds . Did you make any lighting changes before the trouble started ,change to led's change a light assembly with less bulbs ?

I'm coming up with 3.5mm . My ruler does not fit the inner hole of the variator . I placed it on a flat surface and pinched a pen then measured . I did get the same measurement on all of them . John You mean 3.5 cm right ? yes cm my mistake . I quote $ in pm John
