Right now its refusing to start back up, and when it does, it shuts off right away.
I noticed when I took the gas cap off there was a suction sound.

I made a video of how it's running:
Right after the video ended I turned the idle screw 1/8 of a turn counter clockwise an the scooter stalled instantly.

It just started right up. The back wheel was spinning fast. I very slowly turned the idle screw to slow down the back tire. Just as I thought I was getting close, it stalled and won't start back up. Will try again after a break

Are you sure you adjusted the valves correctly? Brought it up to TDC with the cam holes lined up even with the top of the head and then adjusted both valves to .004 INCHS? Lower the Idle the wheel should not be spinning REALLY FAST when it first starts. It may spin but not really fast. Give the Idle speed screw 1/16 turn Counter Clockwise REMEMBER very minor turns on that screw does a lot. Alleyoop I took the valve cover off today and checked them and both are set so when I put a .004 in the feeler goes right in, but when I pull it out there is some resistance. The best was to describe it is that if I let go of the feeler tool it would hang there, but if I gave it a slight tug, it came right out. Could the problem be in the throttle cable? I noticed my throttle works both ways, turning it towards me increases gas like expected, but also, I can turn it away from my like 1/8 of the way and it also gives gas. Holding it away from me keeps the bike at a steading 25-30 mph. Is that normal or is my throttle cable messed up?

I just got it started, the idle was high with the back wheel spinning. I revved it a couple of times, it seemed to feel like it was loosing power as I revved it but then it caught back up....after a min or two it stalled and wouldn't start without a rest.

OH man, sorry to hear that, ok well while it is charging go have something to eat or something, we can test the fuel delivery later when the battery is charged up. Do you have a regular charger or a trickle charger. Because if its a regular charger you can set it on 2 amps and hook it up the battery and it will spin your starter. Alleyoop I made a short video showing the connections, testing the fuel line, etc:

I'm waiting for the battery charger, but I thought you might like to know the day I've had with this thing....
I broke two, yes two, bolts off in the valve cover, I had to get them out and get replacements from the hardware store. Then, while trying to kickstart it because the battery was dead, I snapped off the kickstarter.
and that is why I'm now using a battery charger...

That scoot looks like it is brand new did it ever run good before? If so did you do or change something on it? Alleyoop It is brand new, it's got about 160 miles on it. It ran great before, but it would stall when it got hot, we talked in another thread about it and I found that the valves were too tight, so I put them at .004. Then, like a dummy, I messed with the fuel mixture before test riding the valve changes, but it's never run right since I took it apart for the valves. I also loosened the carb at both sides so I could turn it on it's side and drill out the fuel mix screw cap, but I put it right back.

Ok that looks good I think it may be the IDLE at this point if not we can test if the fuel is flowing to the carb next. Alleyoop I'm not having any luck with the idle screw, keeps stalling no matter what. Now it's back to not wanting to start, is that because I'm flooding it with fuel? Right now the battery is dead and needs a few on the charger. While I wait, how can I check that fuel is following? Should I just pull the line right at the carb?

I did the best I could with an iPhone and most of the stuff being under the fuel tank

No you turn the IDLE SPEED SCREW COUNTER CLOCKWISE you want to LOWER the IDLE so turn it back the 1/4 PLUS another 1/16 of a turn. That's what I meant, sorry, I backed the screw off of the throttle. I'm uploading a video now of the fuel lines, its hard to see some things because the petcock is directly under the tank.

I just got it started easily after giving it a rest and it ran at high idle, I waited a little while to make sure auto enricher was finished then, while the back wheel was spinning fast, I turned the idle screw 1/4 of a turn clock wise, and the scooter stalled and doesn't want to start up.
That's with the fuel mix screw at 2.5 turns.

I made a drawing of all the hoses and components. I didn't know what some were called:

with the fuel mix screw out 2 turns it starts easier, but stalls quickly. Same thing with 2.5 turns on the screw.

I just got it started and it didn't stall after the auto enricher, the idle was high and the back tire was spinning. I hit the brake on the rear tire and as soon as the tire stopped spinning, the scooter stalled and won't start again.
