Working on the valves now. I noticed with the top one, I can fix a .004 or a .005 in it, so I guess I'm going to try and tighten it until a .005 doesn't fit? I still need to check the bottom one.
I made a video showing the top

I forgot Bille if its a 50cc then set them both to .003 inchs or you can set the TOP INTAKE to .003 inchs and the EXHAUST which is the one that usually gets tight to .004 inchs, if its a 150cc set the top to .004 inches and the bottom exhaust to .005 inchs. Alleyoop It's 150cc. Just to make sure I'm doing this right, to set it correctly I slide the .004 in and tighten the valve onto the feeler until its slightly hard to pull out the feeler?

I might have to double check the valves again tonight, I think that's the stalling after warming up. If I remember, the top one needs to be at .003 and the bottom .005? Or should I do both at .003?

Ok will try now, but at 1500 the back wheel spins pretty fast.

Here is what I just did....I started it up, which it did, after warming up it idled around 1650-1750. So, I turned the mixture screw 1/8 of turn clockwise. The rpm went up after 10 seconds, so I continued this, turning clockwise for at least 3 more times. At around 1850-1890 rpm I topped out. So next I went to the idle screw and turned it down to about 1300-1400 rpm.
Took it for a ride and it hesitates when I give it throttle, than it stalled. Started back up, rode it home, still hesitates but made it back. Idled fine (seemed too) when I parked it.

I turned the idle screw clockwise an 1/8 of a turn and took it for another ride. Same thing, except this time it stalled and wouldn't start up. Actually it would start, but then stall right away. I ended up having to walk it home.

I gave up on the seat and took it for a ride. It started right up, and drove fine, but stalled when I stopped at the first stop sign. After stalling it started right back up and drove fine again. At the second stop sign, which was about 3 mins later, it stalled again, but this time it took a minute or two to get it started again. After that I drove it straight home without anymore problem, but also without anymore stop signs

Sorry for the delay, it's been raining so I haven't been able to take a test ride yet. Also, for some reason the seat won't lock anymore, so I've been playing with that.

Good job Bille, and through all this I am sure you learned some things and you did it yourself and saved yourself some bucks. Let us know how it goes once you take it out for a ride. Alleyoop I learned a ton of stuff!! Thank you so much! My new throttle cable will be here today. I will get it installed and get the bike back together for a test drive and report back here. I passed the tests to get my motorcycle license this weekend, which is a requirement to drive one of these in my state so I'm happy to get it running!

I'm going to hold off putting it all back together until the new cable comes in the mail. Will update then. Thanks so much for all your help!

It's idling around 1300 with the wheel spinning, that's ok? Also, I need to replace the throttle cable. If you remember, my throttle was on upside down, and still is. I think they did that because the cable was too short? When I try to put it together with the throttle upright, there isn't enough slack. While messing with it, the cable has started to fray and come apart near the throttle.

I started it up and it was idling at like 1200, which is less than the 1400-1500 I thought it was idling at before (I might be mistaken about before)....anyway, I turned up the idle screw to about 1400-1500, the back wheel was spinning and I recorded the cvt area for you....
