ok., but first i'm going to try and add washers for the moment because it seems to be slipping at the tip top. if i still can't get a tight grip i'll pull it and get a new one.

no no. there is no direct rout to it. i needed a right angle tool. which i now have. but i need to check my flange bolts and get some sealing silicone. not sure how hot my flange gets though.

like i said the load pops are gone now. now it's more like "tak tak" like some one popping gum really loud lol. pretty sure it's running lean now and not a leak but the adjustment screw is almost imposible to get to with out a crescent wrench with a flay head bit. i'm going to take it to the shop and let them listen to it. he knows how hard i'v worked on this and has expressed alot of pity. he didn't know the pipe was the wrong shape for the 2013 body. but last night testing the scoot now goes about 0-45 in 7 seconds. not to bad.

could i tape the flange up to make sure it's a leak? if i seal it with tape it should stop it from popping right? and if it keeps popping then it's not the pipe. i don't mean as a fix. just a test.
