Finally got my 3 way plugs Monday, installed them tuesday night. Started scoot "Its Alive" WOW! What a difference, headlights are bright again, Idling 13+ and high RPM'S 14+ even seems like the turning lights are faster. Thanks everyone for your help

I have the same belt size, got scoot 2010 had 2,000 miles on it and now over 13,000 miles same belt and it see looks good. If you have concerns about your belt, take a look at it for ware, If you can still read the numbers, its waring good, check for cracking, fraid ware on the side.

You may have a major vacuum leak somewhere, need to check all vacuum lines (make sure they are tight) and intake manifold clamps too. Make sure the wire going into spark plug cap and coil is tight, happened to me, scoot was getting harder to start, yep wire was very loose in my ignition coil, or maybe you have a ignition coil going bad, had that happen too, only in hot whether, around 5-7 miles scoot would shut off, go another 5-7 miles (well you getting the picture). If your getting spark, compression, and fuel, it should fire
