It's probably the same, the supplier just gave the outer diameter instead of inner.

IDK about turning that thing upside down like a bicycle...however, laying on its side carefully with some blanket or pillows might work ok. Check if you can get it with vice grips or something before you get to that point.

I don't have a very good track record with those easy out drill type bolt extractors. If there's anything left try maybe some vice grips or an actual stud remover.

Uhm....it's a new head, not manifold. On the engine where the center stand bumps up against there should be a stamp saying 157qmj or something. Maybe 157pqmj. But first, try to get that rascal out of there.

Don't know everything about scooter electric problems other than replacing crap and testing to see what's working or not. That being said, I know many 2 stroke dirt bikes do not have a battery. They also don't usually have headlights, heck might not have any lights. Well, many a dirt bike thread is about installing lights. I think your wiring issue is somewhere in between the two.
It's hard to fathom why you would not want an electric start. That's besides the point though. I see you mention adding a big capacitor to absorb the extra juice put put by the stator. Isn't that kind of what the battery would normally do. IDK? Might be just easier to go back to stock normal wiring and just don't use the starter.

See? This is why I adore you guys. So much info! I'm taking in my scoot to have the mirrors off and helium added and, well, I dunno what-all else. I won't wear goggles 'with my glasses, but maybe some sort of helmet like Tron's would do the same? Or one of those bicycle ones that when you lean forward makes a hump down your back? ;D Jim, I learned about Wagner tubas today. I hear you on learning new things! >'Kat Well, if you decide to try my advice about electrical problems...POST PICS!!

I just had a new roof put on the house back in November. Roofers charge by what they call "squares" 10'x10' sections. Maybe it's more or less in your area, but here a good rough ballpark figure is about $300 a square.
There's "gable" roof like old schoolhouse and "hip" roofs with different angles, maybe more like pyramid type. Hip roofs, of course they can charge a bit more for.
I ended up needing a bunch of plywood replaced, it was in very poor shape. $50 per sheet. Ended up needing 7.
It ended up being about $4k. I went through a contractor; actually family member of somebody I work with. He also subcontracts through other big roofing companies in my area. I got 3 estimates, with him, 4; and he was the cheapest by far. Home Depot wanted 8k, another big roofing company wanted 6500 and the other 6, but charged 100 per plywood sheet.

Cause I can't afford a Ridley....I might switch up someday, but I have a blast riding this 150 around. I'd like to get a 250 someday. I ride strictly for fun.

Sounds like you're doing it right. Maybe the sixth time will be the charm? I just did the master and slave cylinders on my Accord, well I used a vacuum bleeder pump. Could not get it to work with the bleeder screw (kept sucking air around the threads). So I took the bleeder screw all the way out and used the little cone tips where the bleeder goes. Finished bleeding it then put the screw back in. Worked perfect.

Well, "it is the ride" is working with the proboards app now for anyone that uses the iPhone or iPad app. I couldn't find it searching for the forum by name though; had to type in "scooter" in the search and shows up at the bottom of a short list.
