It's probably the same, the supplier just gave the outer diameter instead of inner.

The 24mm carb i have on my tapout works good, i bought this one for my roketa, but going to put the 26mm on my tapout scoot and see if its worse, same or better, i wanted a 24mm carb.

the 24mm carb seems to work well with my big valve head with 22mm intake and ported exhaust port, performance exhaust and a9 cam, not sure the 26mm carb will yield any gain, i'm guessing it will be worse, ill test it tomorow.

Drop the diaphragm needle a notch? Re-adjust a/f screw.

On your 26mm....what is the stock main jet size vs that of your 24mm? Might have to go up a size or two

ok i tried all jets from - 110 all needle clip postions, the 26mm carb just won't work 24mm is the max you can go at least from my testing just too much air.

A possible fix might be a slightly stiffer slide spring. That would cause airflow velicity through the venturi to be higher at part throttle. With the ideal spring, The slide would still fully open, just at a higher rpm when the intake vaccum came up high enough for a fully open big bore carb to be able to well atomize the fuel.
