If you're worried about the freeway speed thing,,it's either a gently used kymco,,,sym ,,,or the rebel,,,a very nice bike,,,I'd have one in a second

The kill switch is bad,,, technically it is a momentary normally open switch ,,, when you push it you complete the ground,,, so it's the switch or the wire is broken internally

You are in a precarious position,,,you know how to ride,,,that's a gimme,,,but now you can ride fast,,,,be careful and cautious,,,don't let it go to your head,,,its easy to get carried away with a bike with a little power and a gearbox

Maybe the bushing was out if tolerance when it was pressed together at the factory and was " loose" till the right conditions occurred,,, there are a lot of side loads on that plate after all

I watched the videos of the father and son team go across the US on the scoots,,, good fun,, one was got for a hunster,, my point is if youre serious about riding and performance I would look elsewhere for parts,, a member on this and other forums ( as a matter of fact he just started his own) has a 155cc that will better 80mph,, stock,, and will do 70 all day long,,, you don't get that from Chinese period,, maybe with the bigger stuff ( 250cc+) and I'll put a bet down if you got a real clean body on that 155 and did a final drive change it would be going over 100,,, he also built an engine and put it in a Chinese frame and he's afraid to go over 60 because the chassis isn't up to the task,,, I understand everything has it's limits and you pay for that performance,,, the $34 "kit" isn't where it's at,,, a real piston made by a decent company costs 3 times the kits price,,,

Real great bike with under 1200 miles for like no money,,,, I love it when a plan comes together

You have chosen wisely,,,you really can't go wrong with any of the big 4,,,yams can get a little touchy about parts tho,,,i ran yamahas for years and that was my only beef,,,,getting parts,,,it's been a few years now so it may be better now,,,you will be well pleased,,,i run dualsports now ,,but my main rides were sport oriented machines,,,great fun

Hey guys,,,I'm not trying to pick on anyone here or anywhere else for that matter,,,,these super cheap parts are a complete and utter waste of time and money,,,,I'd use the piston only,,,,for an ashtray ,,,these kits are junk,,,they are not machined correctly,,are made of inferior materials,,,I get the whole saving money thing but I'm seeing a push on many of the forums to find and try to use the cheapest and nastiest parts ,,,this is a fools errand,,,they do not perform well ,,,or long,,,,go on the net and type in wiseco piston,,,tell me what you see,,,the most beautifully executed Pistons you can get,,,finished to the highest order,,this level of quality is what lasts,,,I've put tens of thousands of miles on wiseco and venolia pistons,,,flawless performance,,never a question ,,,,I know they cost more,,,but well worth the money,,,I'm also turning my eye to Taida,,,they are making decent parts and kits,,,,and are reasonably priced for what you get,,,well thought out kits that are tested and matched and priced right,,,,these inexpensive "kits" are not good at all,,,I'm sorry if I stepped on anyone's toes ,,don't mean to hurt anyone,,,it just doesn't make sense,,,you want to find out who's doing it right? Go on to the real cannonball scooter run,,,not one Chinese bike finished ,,,not one,,I haven't checked in a few months but I still believe no Chinese bike entered,,,,,,nuff said
