I was just about to open up all the panels and start my hunt. After several really hot days it just started to rain. Gotta love Colorado.
My GY6 150 starts and runs fine, but it won't shut off. Kill switch doesn't turn it off, nor the key, nor disconnecting the battery. I have to disconnect at the plug/coil. I know it might just be a short on the wiring but has anyone else encountered this and know what the likely suspect area is?
Thanks in advance.

The kill switch shorts out the coil to stop the flow of electricity. Either the kill switch is broken, or the wiring to it is messed up.

Thanks for the quick response. The rain eased up so I'm back on it.

The kill switch is bad,,, technically it is a momentary normally open switch ,,, when you push it you complete the ground,,, so it's the switch or the wire is broken internally
