Most likely the oil tank to injector line is cracked or the tank itself has a crack in it,,,my call is the feed line,,,you can mix the oil in the fuel,,,it was done that way for decades,,the only caveat is the oil that's being pumped also lubricates the pump too,,,so the hot setup is repair the line or tank,,( I'll put a ten spot on the line cracked) or remove the injector and make a block off plate ( I did this on my susuki and Kawasaki triples )

I think John has a very good point here,,,had an fuel tank overfill issue with a vespa,,,once i removed all the emission stuff the bike ran great
