how'd you know that they are offering bad advice if you're not mechanically inclined yourself?? some would advice based from years of experience and some based from technical know how( by the book) some are just shooting the stars.
but if one tells me to put boric acid roach killer inside my crank case, i won'tdo it cuz i know that cocroach cannot survive inside the crank case. it all a lie.

that doesn't matter dude because the tension spring is going to sit on that sheave and the spring pressure will prevent that thing from wobbling...you should be ok, now the rusting bearing surface is another story, that needs attention brother. oh,wait...i reviewed the video, the rust on the innerside should not matter,it doesnt touch anything. that clutch is still ok. if you don't want it, just give it to me..lol now,if terra nuvo is here, he'd ask you to weld it to prevent wobbling..LOL/ i cant imagine myself putting boric acid roach killer in my crank case,,,sish!

needs carb tunning on "high"...the low is ok(idles fine right?), cuz as soon as you squeeze the throttle,it gives out toooo much gas that the spark plug cannot burn. .. tune it baby! ..and are you sure you assembled the float in the carbs properly?

i only carry two things: a marker and a bond paper. if i stall in the middle of the road, i'll write "HELP" on the paper and show it to the passersby. seriously!

the main and common problem of Burgman is squeeking transmission/ suzuki haven't figured it out if it comes from primary,or secondary sheaves,or the clutch itself ,or the belt., i started a thread at the BUSA(burgman USA) about getting rid of the squeeking.,twas a success!
