I have a 49cc Schenhi Shecke, chinese scooter. The problem is that when I give it throttle under load it boggs down and wants to stall. When its on the center stand it runs fine. I have completely cleaned the carb and replaced the fuel enricher and it still does it. Any ideas on what I can try next? It did this a few years ago but the problem went away on its own. The tbe going into the faom air filter does have a small crack in it but I dont think that is the issue.

Sounds like it is getting too much air to me. Either it needs a bigger jet or you have a vacuum leak and yes that crack can hurt. At least cover the crack with a piece of tape and see what happens.

Thanks guys, I'll try the duct tape remedy and see if that helps!

Does the bogging get worse when its cold outside, it could be running lean and when its cold its lean enough to bog, if it runs good when its warm outside but runs crappy in the cold you need to upjet

needs carb tunning on "high"...the low is ok(idles fine right?), cuz as soon as you squeeze the throttle,it gives out toooo much gas that the spark plug cannot burn. .. tune it baby! ..and are you sure you assembled the float in the carbs properly?
