Are you saying that this bolt is a second drain plug and that's the drain plug you were showing me? This bolt is on the left side of the engine and the other pic I posted is on the right side pointing down. If this is the one then I will get that drain plug you showed me and take the magnets off the other plug. This is from my Scooter.

By the way, I am slowly replacing as many lights as I can with LED's. So far, this is what I have found...
Tail (Brake/Stop) 1157 two contacts on bottom and staggered pins on the sides - 27 LED 6000K Lower front center parking light (T10, 168, 194...) 5 LED 5050 SMD 6000K 1 watt Dash lights (T10, 168, 194...) I am only seeing four sockets for bulbs on the 2013 TaoTao ATM50 and only one of those seems to be for dash illumination, the other three are for the turn signals and the high beam. I am only replacing the one for dash illumination with a T10 5 LED 5050 SMD 9000K (Cool White - Slight Blue Tint) 1 watt

Yup, rubber... it is identical to the pic. I found the magnetic drain plug from Prima... but everyone that sells it is out of stock sadly.

I actually have seen that... I skipped over it because it looks so different from the factory oil drain plug. Are you sure it will fit the 139QMB 50cc? This is what mine looks like

Ok, just did my valve adjustment today at 403km on the odometer. It is a good thing too because the valves were adjusted WAY to tight. How tight? Both were adjusted evenly but they were both at the smallest feeler I have which is .0015in!! They are now both at .004in and there is some small valve ticking. I kind of figured there would be but i will live with that over it stalling at traffic lights when it's warmed up. I am thinking the valves will quiet down after a good long WOT run which I am gonna do now.

For free, you can go to a newer AutoZone if you have one in your area and have them charge it... I have done it many times when I worked for them. If it is able to take a charge, it will, if not they will be able to let you know that your battery is done.

Ok, test ride out of the way now. First thing I noticed is that it fired right up with no twisting of the throttle like I normally do, I usually pull it once then grab the brake and push the button when it is cold and I have tried it both ways before this setup and that's why I twist the gas one time... because I have too. Second thing is that I noticed that it is revving a little higher than normal. Being so used to how this scooter sounds when I take off, it was easy to hear the difference. I don't think that it is taking off any faster though... if it is, it is not noticeable to me. It IS climbing hills about 3 mph faster on the speedo. The racing CDI has a green LED on the wires side. Third thing is that it is FOR SURE faster top end WOT on flat ground. On the speedo, easily 5-7mph. At one point it was over the 50mph mark on it but I do know that from previously using my GPS that my speedo is 3-4mph off, not in my favor. I can actually hear and feel the belt change at 45+ on the speedo and it's cool sounding... goes from a humhumhumhum to a huuuUUUUUUUuuuuuuuummmmmmmmmm. Specs now: 1P39QMB 50cc Short Case 10" rims 3.50 x 10 tires DLH Racing variator with 3 - 6g rollers 1,000rpm clutch springs 1,000rpm main spring Stock belt Keihin carb 18+mm Stock air box Racing CDI (Blue) Racing Coil (Orange) NGK C6HSA (Hot Plug) Gap .22 Octane fuel Rare earth magnet in oil drain plug on the steel spring that holds the screen filter two on the outside fore safety Mobil 1 10w40

Don't get me wrong, I am not saying there wouldn't be a lot of research and that it is guaranteed to work. However given the correct tire and rim it should fit. Anytime you put something on that isn't original then you have to research. My first bit of research would be to look for that scooter manufacturer and see what if any similar scooters they put 12" rims on... then try to mach the specs for fit and brakes.
I wish I still had the 2010 because I would absolutely try to fit them on my 2013. The 2010 had ABS... swap the forks maybe lol but the engine and tans case look identical to the T... Now you got me wanting to track a 2010 down lol.

My 2010 TaoTao 50cc short case had 100/60/12 tires. My 2013 TaoTao 50cc short case has 3.50 x 10 tires. A 100/60/12 tire, depending on brand, is aprox. 16.5 inches in overall diameter. A 3.50 x 10 tire, depending on brand, is aprox. 17 inches in overall diameter. Clearance wont be an issue. The 100/60/12 will be a skinnier tire though, side to side. Feel free to document this marvel
