I usually just fill it up until gas starts spilling and splashing all over my scoot and the ground, that's how I know it's full....

Another thing that drives me nuts is that we no longer get check stubs at work. We have to have direct deposit now(which I have anyway) and if you want to look at your hours, you have to online. Where I work, I don't always come and go at the same time everyday, so my hours and paycheck are always different. Which means I have to log in and double check and see if the computer system we use to clock in/out, is properly doing so and that I'm not getting screwed over.

My right grip is all chewed up from having to temporarily rig up the throttle cable on the grip when the cable breaks up top. Had to 3 times. Lol.

I miss the days where you could open a pop bottle you bought from a gas station and win a free pop that was printed underneath the cap, and not have to go online to redeem it!!

I'll take Bruce on this one. On a side note, Big Jim Slade sounds like an actor from a movie I found underneath my dads bed when I was younger. It's cool and all, but just hold up a mirror to Jim and he'll be checking himself out(not that I wouldn't), just sayin'. A simple distraction goes a long way, not sure if that ultimately means more "macho" or not, but it'll do the job- in a fight scenario, or..... = )

Just got a laptop to replace my old one. It has windows 8. I heard a lot of hate for 8, but it's not too bad so far. Only thing that gets annoying, at least with my laptop, is the touchpad because basically the whole border of it involves some sort of touch action that is easy to do accidentally---opening sidebars, apps... I like the whole concept of it, though. Still plan on getting a pretty decent desktop in the future.

I have that problem. Some pumps are balls to the wall after barely squeezing the handle. I've learned what pumps are more "user friendly" over time--- which happens to be the one closest to my house.

I looked for a basic tutorial awhile back but never found one. Racing Planet USA has some really stylish looking grips. I thought about ordering a pair from there, I'm not real big on the stock grips either. Most of the ones I've seen are more "universal" rather than a simple, perhaps more stylish replacement that has the notch for the throttle cable already.

Animals are definitely something to watch out for at night, especially if you ride country roads.
I had a deer jump out right in front of me several days ago. I braked HARD and hit the horn at the same time, my front tire didn't lock up but it made some skidding sounds, rather than one long skid. I got stopped quick, too! The deer was right in front of me sideways and jumped back further away of me when it finally saw me----still in my line of fire, then darted off. I would've came really close to hitting it if it didn't jump away.
Too close for comfort, yet no big deal and not enough to deter me from ever riding at night. My heart skipped a few beats, and then it was smooth sailing the rest of the way home.
I ran over a raccoon once, but other than that nothing major. It's gonna happen sooner or later no matter what you drive.
Another thing is riding after a storm, especially at night. Look out for debree(branches, tree limbs, small trees, etc) as a lot of that stuff isn't going to be moved off the road for quite some time.

Looks like a fun little bike. I'd like to take it for a spin around the block and down the highway a few times. I prefer the all black ones.
