Hmmm.... Already looking into a 150 motor..... I just want to max out the 50cc motor as much as possible.... on a stock frame. New plan is, Use the custom frame with a modded 150 engine, and work from there, so I'll have a street beast and a track beast  |

First off, i'm sorry I don't have any pics of the scoot right now.... as it is just a frame. stripped completely. (Even paint).... and my camera recently broke. So i'm SOL on that end of things for now.... (money going into build). Right now, I have an engine that as a "80cc" kit in it, and a DLH perf. variator, and trans. gears. My plan for the engine: 44mm Stroker Crank Need an idea for a good clutch assembly A9 perf. cam 50mm BBK Need ideas on gearing Need ideas on sliders/rollers? Getting a custom domed piston to fit the 50mm kit from Wiseco or Diamond race pistons Performance head (cut for the domed piston) Unlimited CDI RED Coil 24mm Carb 150cc intake UNI Filter Ideas for a throaty sounding exhaust? NOS Wet kit from ColdFusion. (This is where the domed piston comes to play) Plans for frame: Stripped down of un-necessary tabs/hangers/mounts Stretched and lowered Chopped front end Welded pegs Was thinking about making some sort of custom bullet shaped body....ideas? Once all the welding is done, get it powdercoated red > Need some ideas for tires..... Have no clue what i'm going to use, (THIS WILL NOT BE STREET LEGAL) Wish me luck! Biggest project i've done in a while.... goal is to hit 80-  MPH 1/8 mile |

errm, running way too lean.....? :X I have a  Main in it, using stock airbox. Uhmmm idk, I can choke it with my hand, and it will try to fire up, an occasional pop, but then it started shooting flamez.... So I just quit it out for now. Looking for suggestions... |

Hey there guys, I just put on this 80cc kit for the GY6. Now, I got it on, set the valves, timing, all that good stuff, brand new carb, new coil, whole gambit. Basically got a whole boat load of parts brand new on it.
But, when I installed the BBK, It won't start...?
Has Fuel, Compression, Spark.
now, I was turning it over, and I actually got a flame out of the back of the carb.... Ermm never seen it before. So obviously, it's firing at some point, probably not the right time. -
I have adjusted the timing 8 times now. :/ Don't know what to do.
And I did line the T and the 2 dots up. with the big hole out away from the engine ^

Hey guys, I found the parts. Like i said it's a teeny tiny black diode that costs like 25 bucks a pop XD attached a pic of it Got them though unfortunately this thing took me 2 months to find another thing, I was on the old forum.... any way i can get my post count back over here? :/ If not it's cool Attachments:

First off I want to say.... I love the new Forum! Now, guys, I have a tank sports urban touring 250 DE and I need a little diode that blocks the lights from coming on without the engine running, Basically, when I hook a battery up to the scoot, the lights on the whole bike come on. It is 1 out of the 2 teeny tiny diodes. I can't find them anywhere, Hoping one of you guys had an answer for me, Even If I can rig it up somehow, But I definitely need to fix this issue Thanks! |
