here are some mounting mock-ups, I kind of like the single one on the very bottom on the forks or just one in the center.I wont try to do any wiring till later just want to see what they look like on the scoot today

Most of the are not vac lines but lines that run something like exhaust gas or gas vapors, something else to re-circulate it through the airbox to burn it off again you scooter won't be emission compliant in like say Ca but you really dont need them as far as i know

Its dies cause you have your air box off it is getting to much air spray it put the airbox back on then try and see what happens

I did sale it and the guy ran it dry on gas and sucked a bunch of stuff in the fuel pump and clogged it and wanted a refund so i took it back minus a 100 buck and been working on it since, I have not mention since it is my ride i did order a new hoca piston and took the crappy ebay one out and now i think i will be painting the rims white? Any suggestion welcomed

It my be a standard oem crank but in quality and strength it has to be better then the stock crank.

if you are not getting full travel you are losing top speed but i pretty sure a longer belt would in theory give you more mph all the overrange kits have longer belts for higher speed? They also have more travel on them,But if you cant get the belt to ride the full height it doesn't matter how long the belt is you won't gain mph and if it rides to high you get it popping off like carasdad said

I did do that and before i gave it a light sanding,i was also painting my rims with this color also so i am kinda of lost as to what color to match up with it now
