It should have no issues with the stock carb starting it, was the piston top dead center when you lined up the timing marks on the fly wheel and cam, might want to take the head off and make sure there was no contact with piston and valves and make sure you have the valves adjusted right, just throwing you some ideas out there to check

Just wanted to post some pictures of Every new part I buy to help other people out on whats include in the purchase and quality. Today's part is the Stage 6 Intake forward facing for Chinese clone 2t scooter. The intake is metal so you never have to worry about cracks in it, a big plus. The overall quality i would give it a 8 out of ten my purchase was made at Scootertuning.ca scootertuning.ca/en/intake/4008-intake-system-stage6-mkii.html
What is inluded one intake with one adapter for 17- 21mm carbs (larger are available) one reed cage with fiberglass reeds and some spare parts

Well i had my first oil pump failure today, the pump had over 10,000 miles or KM on it so not bad. Thought i ran out of gas at first then thought maybe my air filter came off but they were fine unplug the oil line with not a drop would come out, drain some oil from the oil reserve and put it in the tank and was good has new.
