Is the motor in time is the piston top dead center with every timing mark lined up

I have made some for my 2t scooters, not sure of the name of the stuff i got but went to autozone and ask if the had any gasket paper they ask would fuel be in play, i said yes and he brought me out this blackish rubber looking stuff, has worked fine fore me on two different scooters

What i would do is make sure all the timing marks are lined up and when you suck on the vacuum line gas should flow freely from the petcock on the petcock if located on the bottom of the tank the bottom nipple is vacuum and the top is the gas line

The carb was fine i coundnt get the throttle cable setup right plus the oil line was on the other side this carb is not a plug and go carb it takes some modding of the stock setup to work correctly

imo it should of already been there but things happen I have waited 16 days for one scooter from county imports but every other one has been 4-5 days maybe the didnt place the order or something I would call again and email and let them know if you dont hear back with a good explanation that you are going to do a charge back
