There is a company that you can pay a nominal fee to that will get your site to come up at the top of searches. My buddy used them for his business here in L.A. If you are interested I will give him a call and get you the info. Our you can just pay Google to put you on the top

the outside lip of the carb has nothing to do with the measurement of the carb so a 24mm carb doesnt make the lip 24mm or whatever measurement it is the measurement refers to the size of the venturi and most carbs are 35-38 mm outside lip i believe not 100 percent sure on the 150's yellow or stiffer clutch springs give later clutch engagement not faster, so it builds higher rpms before the clutch will engage which helps for better take off

yeah that is what i was refereing to, with those marks line up did you check to see if the piston was in fact tdc and you said it has been open already and they could of line the flywheel up on the t mark with piston not tdc and put the cam on with the holes lined with the head

i would say the spring has nothing to do with the exhaust getting hot like that, what jet are you running in it and the metal you put inside the muffler after your custom work probably has a lower temp thresh hold which gets hot easier and cause your muffler to get hot just a guess there

is the air box on correctly with no cracks also when you said spark plug is ok does that mean new or that you thinks it looks ok what plug are you running and what gap .6-.8 and make sure the coil and boot are connect tight
