The cf 250 Ibelieve is the same as the cn 250 and we do have a copy in the manuals area to download. May be listed as a Honda cn 250 or a cfmoto cn 250

Did you download the cn 250 shop manual? If not it is in the manual forum we have. I may have the torque specs.

What is it doing? No lights? No horn? Does anything happen when you turn the key on?
Fuses can look good but be shot, do you have an ohm meter or a test light?

I think Craftsman has started outsourcing to China. I am pretty sure they are now made someplace onthe other side of the Pacific now.

When I was a kid, I bought more than one of those lifetime guarantee socket sets advertised as lifetime guarantee for $12.00 or something like that and then busted knuckles as the tools broke when I used them, for a long time if it was not made in the USA I would not buy it, before the 1990's USA made tools were the only reliable ones. So Craftsman was usually the one that was in my budget.

I get some things at Harbor Freight but for my sockets sets I go with either the Kobalt or Craftsman since Snap on is just too much money. I have also had very good luck with the house brands for Ace Hardware and Coast to Coast Hardware, they just are not as close to me anymore.
These scooters just do not take as much torquing as a car or pick up would working on them so you can do with a little less heavy duty tool. Then somebody will say, hey that variator nut is on tight, sure but then a cheap HF or Wal-Mart 12 volt impact wrench will work n it.

I used duplicolor on a motorcycle, gas spills on the tank messed it up.

Can you buy fuel at a local airport? Jet fuel should go well, just kidding but they probably have good gas for the prop planes. Perhaps even a marina?

1500 is a bit too fine to start with, go down to 600 and then 1000 finishing with 1200 or 1500 if you can get it that fine.

V5 has a chat box built in, they call it a shout box. I had it up on Rebels for a while but it just did not seem to go over well, seemed kind of redundant after all we have all those threads we can post in already.
